Cinnamon Roll Quick Bread
Ingredients
2 c flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 c milk
1/3 c vegetable oil
2 t cinnamon
1/3 c sugar
6 T butter
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1/4 c cream cheese, softened
1 t vanilla
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Grease 4 mini loaf pans.

In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and 1/3 c sugar (se aside).

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 c sugar.

Add egg, milk, and vegetable oil and stir just until moistened.

Using about half the batter, fill each loaf about 1/2 full.

Using about half the cinnamon sugar, evenly sprinkle among the loaves.

Top loaves with remaining batter.

Top loaves with remaining cinnamon sugar.

Bake about 25-30 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).

Allow bread to cool.

Combine butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla.

Drizzle topping on loaves.
Notes
May want to microwave the topping for a few seconds to spread more easily.
